Last Dance

This is my farewell to arms - well, to this post. I'd love to continue with the pointless rants and the gregorysms and movie reviews, but time is of the essence always. Any spare time I have has to go on the project I am working on for Prescott Frost or l'Amore Intimo. There has been a new blog site set up for l'Amore. It's Release the Passion in You. This site, like the Birthstone Thong Fan Club will offer special features and discounts on all that is l'Amore Intimo.

New Year Count Down

Three days after Christmas we have always celebrated my Mother's birthday and then 4 days after that it's the New Year! I am thankful for being blessed with the best Mother in the world for me. I admire her strength. I cherish her giving heart. I love her spirit. As I count down to the closing out of this blog, let me take the time to say -- I LOVE YOU MOM.

NEW MOON

I must say WOW! Love stories are back with a vengeance. The trailers for about a million of them coming soon took close to a half hour to preview before the feature presentation. My "First Base" would fit in like an ACE. If someone can get me into Summit Entertainment for a pitch let me know. Seriously.

Taylor Lautner are you really dating now? WOW! To think I knew you when you where praying to book "Shark Boy..." You've come a long way and looking as though you have a long healthy career ahead of you.

I must admit, it took a while for me to venture across the street to sit for such a long time to watch New Moon. I wasn't bored or wishing I was somewhere else. The story is indeed a love story and very cute - maybe not the gruesome way the vampires were put to death - or the demonic look in Dakota Fanning's eyes - but otherwise cute. Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black in the movie) indeed held his own and basically carried this 2nd movie in the trilogy. I look forward to seeing the third installment.

Oh and...there are Barbie dolls and action figures available of this movie's heart throbs. Go figure.

FINAL COUNTDOWN

Last week while on vacation I admitted humbly to myself that I am overloaded. There's family, work, l'Amore Intimo and my spiritual well being takes a beating. Too much going on all at one time and I am constantly tired. Gregorysm's and movie reviews are few and far between. The Dodgers are in the off season - that alone is depressing enough - and frankly keeping up with posting on this web log has become stagnant. The last entry was November 18, 2009.

All the above brings me to now. I will no longer update this blog "Troop 180 Productions" after the end of the year. December 31, 2009 will be the last post. I have enjoyed posting here, it has been a place to experiment, to grow, to find the path I should follow. Its purpose has been served. It is now time for me to concentrate on building all that is l'Amore Intimo.

The writing, ranting and venting will continue, but on the l'Amore Intimo web log. The sign off will change from Ciao Y'all to Dream Sweet but the sentiment will remain. So enjoy the last few weeks of my more personal Troop 180 Productions blog and stay with me through l'Amore Intimo in the New Year.
