Deadbeats

Why is it that lawyers will aid parents who want to avoid paying child support and spousal support?  Why is it that parents who have gone through divorce often-time desert their children thinking that withholding any kind of support will be getting back at their ex-spouse?  

Divorce is a lose lose, but worse than that is taking away from the family you once supported.  For all of you who need help collecting from a deadbeat parent go to child support services.  It doesn't matter if a parent has crossed state lines, money owed and due for the support of children is a federal matter.  Most states even attach a percentage of interest to arrearages.

This is a tough matter, but also a moral matter.  To you who are a deadbeat - do the right thin or risk losing the respect of your own flesh and blood.    

I would love to be an advocate for anyone dealing with this issue.
