Are Men Really From Mars? -- the Male Influence

On occasion I consult my male friends on matters of the heart - expecting a different perspective or take.  Most often I am happily surprised their beliefs are not far from my own when it has to do with matters of the heart.  Thinking here that maybe we are not so different.  

When someone is wrong, no matter male or female when it comes to matters  of the heart - my male counterparts will tell me up front - that ain't cool.  Which leads me to the conclusion that maybe your friends are always your friends and will always feel your heart and help you guard your heart from pain, or maybe they think bad behavior - being inconsiderate, disrespectful, less than loving - is actually not cool.

Male comments here please.  Help one who is suppose to be from Venus out.
