But if you live in Cali and are due a state tax refund - forget about it.  That's not from me.  That's from the comptroller.  The budget deficit is in such a problem, that any refund you are owed will take a while.  Wonder if you owe money how that will work?  Hmmm.  

I love this great state.  It's my residence of choice.  There's the biz, the Dodgers, the hills, the valleys, the beaches, the traffic, the weather, the fires, the mudslides, the earthquakes, the cop chases, the dismal economy, and  my life.  It really chaps my hide when I hear transplants who talk about being called here to the land of the fruits and the nuts.  Northern Californians even differentiate themselves from southern Californians.  I suppose to each his/her own.  I love California, but I especially love LA!
