"I wasn't playing Obama, I was Obama"

Be it as it may, I got my inspiration for this week's Gregorysm's day from Gregory last week, but thought it appropriate to save it until after the historic inauguration held yesterday in my birthplace - Washington DC.

I told Gregory that there are some photos of Mr. Obama from his freshman year in college, posted on the internet and upon seeing these photos - that Mr. Obama reminded me of Gregory.  To which in his Gregorysm way, Gregory replied -- "that's what everyone's been saying"...  So, I continued... I need to make sure your agent sees the resemblance, and submits you for any auditions for Barack Obams's life story.  To which Gregory replied amicably -- "I know I could do it, because when I did that skit in class last semester, I wasn't just playing Obama, I was Obama."  THAT"S OUR GREGORY Y'ALL!

Please forgive the casual use of President Obama's name in the entry -- by no means is any disrespect meant, only the utmost admiration for the man who rallied a nation to vote their conscious and elect the best candidate for the position at hand.  May God forever bless him and his family, along with Vice President Biden and his family.
