My question is - where is everyone going? Are there large and small families moving back home to Mom and Dad's? And does an economic crisis affect the homeless or make more homeless?

For Sale, Leasing Now, Now Renting...
and the signs go on and on and on and on... These signs are everywhere. An apartment complex that used to be 10 deep on the wait list now has a 2 bdrm, 2 bth, loft vacancy sign. Given that this place is located right next door to a very high traffic DMV in Newhall the rent is under $1000! It was tempting.

Don't do it. It would be horrible! But, that is cheap for college age people. Under 1000..HAHAHA! I should move their get a roomie and we'd each pay like 500. Not bad but, I am sure it is absolutely miserable and probably full of unlikelys..Oh....sounds very much like Reseda..get me out of here please!!! I can't wait to graduate for that very reason I am peacing out from the valley!!! The valley SUCKS!!!!
